wedding plans
K, so I have been avoiding the wedding planning am much as possible and I am realizing that it's going to hit the fan sooner or later. The plan of the moment is to have our ceremony at the Casa Romantica here in San Clemente. It is the most perfect place I could ever imagine for our wedding but it is ridiculously expensive so we are going to keep it to just the ceremony there. Tressa offered her house for the reception and I am thinking that is the most amazing offer and I hope she didn't have too much time to think about it and change her mind!!! If I thought Tressa had the time I would hand everything over to her and have her plan everything. She is the queen of making everything nice on an unbelievable budget. Big Garry's home teachers, the Humans, were here tonight and sister Human mentioned that she feels bad for our generation because everything is going to be so much harder for us than it ever was for them. They paid $10,000 for their first home in Long Beach, CA. That is insane! I don't claim to have an in-depth knowledge of real estate but I am pretty sure that is close to a mortgage payment these days! It's about time for me to figure out a way to make a little bit of extra money in these difficult times. I want to make sure that my future family has everything we need and it would be nice to have a little money to go on family trips and create memories. I think it's time for me to get to bed now... goodnight.<3

Favorite pics from this weekend
San Diego Weekend
I could not tell you why but Garry pointed out that every time we head out to go on a trip, big or small, on of us ends up getting sick! So, it had to be me this weekend. The stomach flu is rampantly taking out the kids at my school one by one. I probably should have known that I was next in it's line of fire but I got up sat morning to get ready for this trip to Coronado Island I had been so looking forward to. Got up did laundry, went for my waxing, scrubbed what I could with Clorox wipes and suddenly I got this aching in my gut. I could not think of what could have caused it! Was I dehydrated? did I take some headache meds on too empty of a stomach? So I started drinking water trying to aleiviate this nausea. Garry got home from work to find me laying on the couch, laundry unfolded and that gave me a second wind! I was ready to get out of there! Of course G was starving so we went down to the golden arches for some grub and all I had to do was be in the same car as that food and all of the water I had in my tummy came spewing out all over the side of the freeway! That was the opening of the flood gates. I proceeded to blow choudy the rest of the day. We stayed in the Marriot on the island. It was a very nice room and I quickly discovered a huge tub that I managed to get 2 baths in during our short stay. Saturday night we went for a little exploration drive. Stopping along the way to enjoy the super fine each sand and freezing cold wind and then we found the gem! A 3 screen DRIVE-IN! Yay! The perfect activity for a girl thats not feelin' so hot and her movie lovin' fiance. First we watched a movie about a homicide detective, something Paine the second movie was Eagle Eye. I enjoyed what I saw of both of them but addmittedly I was cuddled in my blanket passed out most of the time! We headed back to the hotel at about 12:30 and got lost on our way back since we had driven there in sunlight and had never been there before! In the morning I was feeling a billion times better and was FAMISHED so we went down to enjoy the hotels fabulous buffet and everything was quite tasty. I asked the waiter if they had any herbal teas and he brought me out an entire box to select from. Thats what I'm talking about! We went back to the consiarge and asked what we should do for the remainder of this beautiful Sunday afternoon and her suggestion was fabulous! She told us that Sundays in Balboa park were the place to be and boy was she right! We drove into the aprk and I instantly knew it was going to be right up my alley. On either side of us were museums and gardens and sculptures and international cottages where on sundays each nation opens there house and guests go in and see how they are representing their people. We ended up going to the cottages first and each on was so cool! The most exciting people to talk to were the Italians of course but in the China house we got our names written in Chinese which was pretty awesome. It was the Czech's week to perform out on the stage and serve their food. It smelled AMAZING but we had just eaten at the hotel darn it! At 2 o'clock each Sunday at the Spreckles organ an ogrganist plays songs for an hour and we watched Dr. Karen _____ play and it was unbelieveable! When the concert was over we walked down to the tram and took the little trolley down to the information desk and then explored a free museum until 4 when it closed. After a fun day at Balboa Park we drove down to the gaslamp district and walked around for a bit and ate at Yardhouse. YUM! There were a ton of crazy homeless people on the streets in that area... it made me miss S.C. so we headed home.

I'm excited for tonight!
We are headed out to Coronado Island as soon as GCF gets home from work today. I have been looking forward to this all week! Planning a wedding on my budget is stressing me out! That and sharing a bedroom with 3 guys! Agh! I love these guys, don't get me wrong. However, I am definitely one of those people who needs some silent alone time. No TV, No Talking! Tonight I plan on shutting the blinds so I can sleep in and when I do wake up maybe going for a bike ride or maybe a lil' horse back riding. Yay! I can't wait.

I feel like my brain is mush
I would like to think this happens to everyone. I am in the midst of having so much to do, I don't want to do a darn thing. Sometime soon I will hopefully find something interesting to write about in this blog. Until then, I'm out.

here it GOES!
I should probably be getting ready for work. However, I do believe there are some things in life that you need to readjust your priorities for like... blogging of course. I had never considered starting a blog until a girlfriend of mine told me I HAD to start one because I'm gettin' hitched! (YAY!) I have been weeding through wedding blogs for a couple of weeks and the majority of them are pretty ridiculous with suggestions for what to write and hearts and doves fluttering around the page. I could probably use some of that seeing as I am relatively clueless about HTML editing and even what to write. I'll figure it out and hopefully get some interesting things going on on here. Until then, I'm off.
